Basic

I introduce basic essential condiments for Japanese food φ( ̄ー ̄ )

From Left to Right.

*SOY SAUCE-SYOUYU
Nowadays, it can be safe to say that  soy sauce is available anywhere in the world!
Any brand one should be fine but I recommend you to get at least some
JAPANESE  brand one, not CHINESE brand one o((>ω<o))

*COOKING SAKE-RYOURI SHU
You can use white wine in place of SAKE.
They are usually available at Asian grocery shop.

*SWEET COOKING RICE WINE-MIRIN
This is not necessary because you can use sugar if you don't have it.
   Still, why not having one??

*BONITO STOCKHON-DASHI
   This is ESSENTIAL!!
My partner and I called this 'MAGIC POWDER' because once you use this, it turns to a
   Japanese dish!! ((((((ノ゚⊿゚)ノ

*Mixed powder of salt, pepper and MSGAJI-SHIO-  KOSYOU
This is not necessary but it is useful if you have one.
I bet every family in Japan has one at least.

Of course, when you cook, you may need other condiments as well like sugar, salt, pepper, MISO and stuff.

o(*^▽^*)o~♪

PS
Queensland is still under a sever condition.
I hope the Sun shows up and it dries water.
